Overview

Joins onto the VPN IP datasets via the provider column to enrich any matching IP with the provider's display name and homepage.

v3 adds defunct: whether the provider itself is gone, which active doesn't say.

featuresstringPipe-joined capability and policy flags (e.g. "no_logging_policy|kill_switch"), empty when we have no explicit signal. A flag is set only on explicit evidence from the provider, so absence means unknown rather than false. Values are listed below.
torrent_allowed
The provider permits P2P/torrent traffic on its network.
no_torrent_allowed
The provider disallows P2P/torrent traffic.
logging_policy
The provider states that it logs user data or traffic.
no_logging_policy
The provider states a no-logs policy.
smart_dns
Offers Smart DNS region unblocking alongside the VPN.
streaming_unblocking
Advertises unblocking of geo-restricted streaming services.
unlimited_bandwidth
Imposes no data or bandwidth cap.
